Why we don’t use timesheets
We don't track hours. Hours don't tell us whether the work is good, whether a client is getting value, or whether a project is on track. They just count time.
Instead, we track outcomes: what we delivered, whether it moved the work forward, and whether we're on track to meet the goals we set with the client.
